Affiliate Goods Association sells digital products — printable files and guides you download instantly. This policy explains how refunds work for them.

Instant digital delivery

Our products are delivered immediately as downloadable files. Because you receive the full product the moment you buy, all sales are generally final.

Our satisfaction promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong — a file won't open, a download link fails, or the product isn't as described — email us within 14 days at goods@affiliategoodsassociation.com and we'll make it right or refund you at our discretion.

EU and UK customers

For instant digital downloads, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. This consent is captured at checkout.

How checkout and tax work

Our checkout and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and calculates, collects, and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your receipt comes from them, and refund requests are honored through the same system.
